Whorlton Hall: Ten arrested over abuse allegations

Ten workers have been arrested over the alleged abuse of patients with learning difficulties at a specialist hospital. Seven men and three women were arrested at addresses in Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Darlington and Stockton.
