Do You Want To Be Happier? Exercise More

Researchers at the University of Michigan analyzed 23 research papers on the connection between physical exercise and happiness. They reported that as little as 10 minutes of exercise a day was linked with joyful moods. The type of exercise did not matter. Those who exercised a little more were around 30% more likely to consider themselves happy compared to those who were less active.
