Is it time to change your eating habits? It would be a great way to improve your health. The good news is that we can make it easier for you to make better choices. Here are three eating tips.

  1. Choose fruits and veggies. If you must eat meat make the meat the smallest portion on your plate. Fill the rest of the plate with whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables.

  2. Change the way you snack. Instead of snacking on calorie intense packaged snack foods, snack on nuts and sugar-free dried fruit. Remember to drink an adequate amount of water.

  3. Buy your fruits and vegetables in season. The most nutritious foods are the ones currently in season. They are easy to find in the produce aisles at your grocery store.
