Suggested Use: This blend is of therapeutic grade and should be diluted with a carrier oil (almond, coconut, etc.) for direct application to the skin. A 3-10% dilution equals 3-5 drops per 1 teaspoon, or 5-10 drops per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Massage into sore muscles and aching joints. Dribble 3-5 drops on either hot (old injuries) or cold (fresh injuries) compress, apply to painful area. Add 4-5 drops into a diffuser.
