Ebba Moberg: Exceptionally Talented Model on the Horizon talks about her Workout and Diet

Ebba Moberg is an exceptionally talented Swedish model. She has done three shows for Milano Fashion Week: Dolce Gabbana, Fendi and Ermano Scervino. She is the model to watch out.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with an exceptionally talented Ebba Moberg, Swedish model, here she talks about her workout and diet, beauty secrets and life of a model.

Namita Nayyar:

A healthy morning ritual that you follow every single day?

Ebba Moberg:

The first thing I do in the morning is to eat breakfast. Which contains of two avocado toasts with tomato on, and a glass of tropical juice. After I have finished my breakfast I start school, which I currently do from home.

Namita Nayyar:

You are so young but have sparks of becoming a supermodel. At so early in your career, you did Dolce Gabbana and Ermanno Scervino show in MFW. Congratulations for the same. What motivated you to join the modeling industry?

Ebba Moberg:

What made me interested in modeling was the excitement of having a job that varies from day to day. And the opportunity to experience different parts of the world.

Share the best part of your job as a model?

Ebba Moberg:

Waking up in the morning not knowing what’s to come is one of the many benefits with this job. Not the less the community and friends that I have gained through modeling.

Namita Nayyar:

Which exercises is an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches?

Ebba Moberg:

In the morning I priorities eating a steady breakfast that will last me until my next meal. Although later in the day I try to squeeze in a few stretches. The ones I use are: hamstring, figure four, 90/90, butterfly and frog stretch.
