Goop Just Launched a Sustainable, Healthy Food Delivery Service

By | March 11, 2021

Gwyneth Paltrow can truly do no wrong. She’s gone from skincare to an editorial website to now creating her very own food delivery service. The multi-faceted company goop will be launching goop Kitchen, a new food delivery concept that fully incorporates goop’s take on clean and delicious food to the Los Angeles area. The brand has been driven by a belief in clean, nutrient-dense, and delicious food that leads to greater well-being. This new launch is a stepping stone for the clean food movement, one that Gywneth herself believed in years ago. Beginning on March 8th, those in the Los Angeles area will be able to order food from the virtual goop Kitchen in Santa Monica. If you live in Venice, the Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, or Beverly Hills, you can try goop Kitchen today! In the next few months, goop Kitchen will be launching in more locations.

The Chefs of goop Kitchen

The leaders of goop Kitchen will be led by Chef Kim Floresca, who wants to highlight local farms and artisans with a seasonal, produce-driven menu. “Taking cues from each season’s bounty has always been at the core of my approach to food,” says Kim. “Honoring the integrity of ingredients is also at the heart of goop Kitchen. I am thrilled to lead a team of chefs who are equally passionate about what we are creating. Not only are the meals healthy; they are also delicious. Something we are so proud of. We worked really hard to create our versions of sauces and dressings, made to the goop Certified Clean standard celebrated restaurants, including Per Se in New York, and Mugaritz and El Bulli in Spain.”

Kim has been part of restaurant greats like the Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley. Now she is at One Restaurant with her husband in North Carolina. Here, she brings to life the region’s agricultural abundance. The food is all locally sourced and ingredient-focused. She is bringing this philosophy to goop Kitchen. It will be a place for healthy food without compromise. The goop Kitchen is gluten-free and includes hearty bowls, salads, and handheld wraps, as well as seasonal soups.

The brand also is holding their annual wellness summit, virtually of course, from March 6th to April 2nd, really nailing the market and bringing wellness and health home to their readers, in the middle of a pandemic. With its key pillars in wellness, beauty, food, style, and travel, goop continues to be a place for readers to come and enjoy. You can join In Goop Health here.
